Sushi Station, Eugen Oregon

It kind of caught me off guard when we entered the restaurant, because I didn't know it was so close to the train station. I guess it made sense being right near the train station. I don't have very much experience with eating sushi so that was exciting. The walls were bordered with photocopies of sea animals colored in by kids. My first thought was that it was very unprofessional but I grew to like them, after noticing many of them were colored well. The first sushi roll my dad grabbed from the rotating sushi machine was amazing, it was kind of random, but it's called the Spicy Rainbow roll with spicy mayo, avocado, and imitation crab. I loved it. It really was like eating a Rainbow. Even the imitation crab was good. The different flavor's all mixed up into a huge bite sized bun. The rice makes the crazy flavors calm down and is tricky so it all stays together. The seaweed is thin but still noticeable. I liked it. I would marry it if I could. And eat it on my birthday, or every day. I wish I knew how good sushi was before. I mean I wasted 12 years of my life not eating sushi. That was probably one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I want to travel back in time and tell my past self to start eating sushi now while my tastebuds are still in mint condition. I'm sure my taste buds are getting weaker as I age and sushi won't taste as good when I'm older. NOOOO!!! I'm living a tragedy. Even though they were imitation sea foods, it was still flippen amazing-zing-zing. I also got a Coca-Cola like usual and I grabbed a second Spicy Rainbow roll bundle and a Deep Fried California roll with breading from the rotating sushi. I think it's super cute that the rotating sushi machine is kind of like a train station where it goes in a circle until it gets to you where it reaches it's destination to be eaten. The Garlic Namenda, was peas with garlic and a lot of salt. It was an addicting food. Our main course was the Udon Soup with thick noodles and seaweed, and fried tofu. There was a Chinese man (I think he was Chinese, pretty sure, I'm sorry world if I'm wrong) infront of me that looked like a boss when he was cutting an orange. He looked like he had been cutting oranges one after another since he was 6. He was so focused and was like a pro. But at the same time it looked like he wasn't taking it seriously, like as if he's out a million oranges before. There were awesome lamps and chandeliers. The lamps had amazing patterns on them. I sat in a shwifty chair. -1 point for the crappy kid drawings, but otherwise it was a thumbs up performance. I feel like food gets to point where it can't be any tastier, it's just different categories of food that people think tastes better because they have different preferences. Wow, a
